Media Accreditation

Note: No requests for official Winter Series media: The Winter Series has already got official media for the whole season. Requests for the 2023/2024 will be declined.

If you are a photographer or videographer, you can apply for a media accreditation here. Please make sure to fill out the form below, including all required fields.

Only photographers and videographers that have a valid professional insurance for photographers/videographers or have a valid media license from the corresponding federation are permitted:

Portugal (Estoril & Portimão):

  • Valid FPAK License

Spain: (Jerez, Valencia, Aragón, Barcelona):

  • Valid professional insurance

Videographers are only admitted if they are working on behalf of one of the participants and upload a corresponding confirmation letter from the team or participant they will work for.

Please note:

  • You must be at least 18 years old to be accredited
  • Your application does not guarantee the approval of your request. Note that an application may be refused even where all the Accreditation Criteria are met, in particular on the grounds of capacity
  • The deadlines for application are two weeks prior to the first day of the relevant event
  • No cars are permitted on the service roads with the exception of the official Winter Series Media
  • Selling photos or videos to participants and/or teams is strictly prohibited
  • There will be no shuttle service
  • We expect to receive a selection of your work for free to use on our social media pages and websites. In case of publication we will tag your account and likewise expect to be tagged on all of your posts with Winter Series content
